NECSOPIC operations during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic restrictions
NECSOPIC staff are currently working remotely due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions. Our priority is to provide continuity of services in an environment that protects the health and safety of the public and staff.
The NECSOPIC is continuing to receive and process Freedom of Information review and complaint applications and privacy complaints in relation to the Australian Children’s Education and Care Services Quality Authority (ACECQA) and state and territory education and care services Regulatory Authorities, and complaints about the administrative actions of ACECQA.
Where possible, please use our online forms available here to make a complaint or request an FOI review. If you have a general enquiry, please email us at enquiry@necsopic.edu.au (preferred) or contact us by telephone at 1300 081 533. If our phone is unanswered, please leave a message with a brief description of your issue and a contact number, and we will return your call as quickly as possible.
